From my childhood I was always very interested about human beings and their well being and rights. That´s why I studied Psychology and after I specialized in a humanistic psychotherapy, Gestalt.
My desire to do something for needed people bring me to be volunteer with different organisations working mainly in migration. Nowadays I have 8 years experience as volunteer working in the migration field. Currently I collaborate actively with OFD, coordinating  “Smiling in English” project and carrying out different activities that we organize from OFD.
Several courses give me the theoric bases in my direct work in OFD. Also, I´m very gratefull to have 4 years experience working with mental disorder people living in a psyquiatric hospital.

I studied education because I wanted to know more about socialization and pedagogy. Thereafter I was keen to learn more about a wider ‘cultural’ perspective and I studied Culture and Media Education in Germany. Meanwhile I gained a lot of experiences working with children and youth from different backgrounds in formal and informal settings. My personal fields of interest is civil education, migration and the effects for a society, intercultural education, integration respectively inclusion and dealing with xenophobia and prejudices. This is particularly the reason why I chose and now working with OFD within a LEONARDO internship. I want to work in a field where I can encourage a thinking of diversity and create awareness.
